All of our students have a plan in place which provide short-term goals, working towards the overall outcomes in their Education, Health and Care Plans. For some students, these plans are called ‘Individual Education Plans’, for others ‘Personalised Learning Plans’. These plans are updated termly and parents and carers are asked to be fully involved in the process of setting and reviewing targets. To support our focus on co-production with parents and carers, login details are provided so all plans and provisions set within school are visible and contributions, comments and views can be shared between home and school.
Invitations are sent by form teachers to parents and carers to invite them to create their account so they can login to Provision Map to see their child’s information. Parents and carers are invited to contact their child’s form teacher or the school office, if they have any difficulties getting set up on the system.
