Aims:
The aim of the Spanish curriculum at Alt Bridge is to equip students with cultural and linguistic knowledge of Spain. At KS3, learners will explore the important cultural relevance of Spain and how to communicate important information about their own identity whilst developing their ability to speak Spanish.
Delivery:
Our Spanish curriculum is delivered in conjunction with the online platform Linguascope. Students use interactive activities to navigate their way through the attached Spanish Long-Term Plan as well as completing written tasks in their class books.
Difference:
This progressive and culturally relevant Spanish curriculum will enable students to communicate important information about their own identity, home and school life. As their journey through KS3 progresses, so will our learners’ Spanish ability in numeracy and understanding of Spanish culture.
